Is there a warranty?

How does it keep cool?
Mulberry silk is even more breathable than cotton; tiny perforations enable constant air flow that wicks away heat and moisture, meaning you get the cool side of the pillow all night long.
What’s special about Mulberry silk?
Mulberry silk is silk made by silkworms that eat, exclusively, leaves from mulberry trees. It’s the highest quality of all silks; it has the longest, smoothest fibres and is one of the most durable. It’s also naturally odourless and hypoallergenic, making for a beautifully clean and fresh pillowcase.
What does 100% pure mean?
100% pure means that this pillow case is made from Mulberry silk, and only Mulberry silk. Often companies will blend Mulberry silk with lower-quality silks in order to lower the cost; of course, this lowers the quality of the pillowcase as well. We’ve kept ours pure, so you really get what you pay for; a pillowcase made fully from Mulberry silk and all its benefits.
What does 22-momme mean?
Momme (mm) is a unit of measurement used for silk that indicates quality by measuring weight and density. It measures the weight of 100 yards of silk fabric, and the resulting number in pounds is the momme of that particular silk. 22-momme would be 22 pounds/100 yards.
The range of all types of silk goes from 11-momme to 25-momme, with higher being better quality. Above 22-momme is not recommended for bedding however; it starts getting too heavy for comfort, and is instead usually used for decor.
The reason why higher is better is because it means there’s more strands of silk used in that 100 yards; the silk is more dense, there’s more of it. This makes a wonderfully smooth fabric that’ll last longer than anything you’d buy at a lower momme, giving you longevity out of your purchase.
How do I wash it?
Our Silk Pillowcases are easily removable and machine-washable. Simply unzip, put in a cold wash on gentle, and hang dry for best results! And if hang dry isn't an option, no worries: try tumble dry on low heat. Even better, the naturally antibacterial fabric keeps away smells and bacteria, so it stays cleaner longer.
How is it hypoallergenic?
Mulberry silk naturally contains the protein sericin, which naturally repels bacteria, oils, and dirt. Many pillows absorb those things, and only get dirtier over time. This means our silk pillowcases stay cleaner longer, and are great for people with allergies, people prone to breakouts, and sensitive sleepers.
