Free shipping is offered Canada-wide! Hush will pay for every part of the shipping process when getting the blanket to you.

Please do not use a PO BOX when placing your order. 

Hush has a cheap and cost-effective insurance offering at checkout. 
The insurance covers all potential shipping issues in its entirety. 

Shipping Times

If the product you ordered is in stock your order will be prepared for shipment right away. It will usually take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 5-7 business day for your product to arrive. We are constantly improving our shipping time and in some cases the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that 'tracking number generated' does not mean that the product has already shipped. 

If you order a product that is pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.

Note: If you have both a pre-order product and an in-stock, the in-stock product will ship immediately but the pre-order product will only arrive when it becomes available. The expected date is available in your order confirmation email.

All Hush products except for Iced sheets and the Hush Blackout Eye Mask fall under this return policy.

Any returned blanket or product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. if you return a Blanket, you will not be eligible for another 100-night trial on future orders).  

Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the Hush product. To ensure that Blankets can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. (Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, stains, misuse will not be accepted) 

Hush takes environmental sustainability very seriously, any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.  

The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within the 100 Night Money Back Guarantee

Hush Blankets covers the shipping cost of getting the blanket to you. However, we do not pay for return shipping of the product. You may choose to have us cover the cost of the label at our discounted rates and deduct it from your refund or you can provide your own label and ship it yourself. 

Please also note that the fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable (if you purchased it at checkout).

COVID-19 UPDATE: We DO NOT allow hand-delivered returns. For the safety of our warehouse team and customers all returns must be delivered by a verified courier with a tracking number. 

Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days after the return is processed. 

You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed. 

Size & Weight Exchanges

If the incorrect size or weight is ordered, a one-time size exchange will be offered within 30 days of receiving your product. This must be communicated to Hush within the first 30 nights. To limit our carbon footprint the our overall impact on the environment, Hush will treat a size exchange as completion of the 100 Night Money Back Guarantee. It is strongly recommended by Hush to confirm the correct size required before an order is placed. We will be happy to assist you with this with our live support chat or can visit our sizing page.

Once the original product has been received, we will then send out the replacement to you. Provided that the product in sent back in accordance with our return policy. This process usually takes 14-27 business days depending on the season.

Cancellation Policy

Because of the nature and volume of the business, once your order is placed we cannot process a cancellation. This same policy applies to pre-ordered items as well. If you wish to cancel/return the item, once your product arrives you can proceed with the return for a full refund. 

The Hush Blanket Warranty

Are you covered?

The Hush Blanket warranty covers the original purchaser of any Hush Blanket who is located in Canada and the US. Any warranty is only valid for the period of time the blanket is owned by the original purchaser of the blanket. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the e-commerce purchase (We refer to email in the process). Please keep a copy of the receipt which was sent to the email address on record on the date of purchase.

Photos, and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

Covered Not Covered

Zipper tear & or break. 

A disconnection between the slide and the bottom stop. Rips or breaks due to aggressive pulling on the zipper teeth. 

Any physical flaw in the blanket that causes material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

Comfort preference or blanket size preference.

Any defect or flaw in the zipper or hook assembly of the inner blanket. Hush may decide to repair or replace the defect.

Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment. This is includes pet damage. 

A large portion of loose threads throughout the blanket. 

Damage due to improper washing. Cover shrinking due to use of dryer or tear due to non delicate washing or drying. 

Holes or leakage of the inner beads falling out of the blanket. 

Product that is sold by an unauthorized or authorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.

All 3rd party purchases must be taken up directly with the point of purchase. Hush will not take responsibility for purchases made outside of the Hush E-commerce store.

Asides from the above terms, Hush will not charge the customer to repair or replace a blanket if it is deemed defective during the length of this warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product once it is shipped. The warranty approval process is up to Hush's sole discretion, and not up to the customer’s interpretation of our warranty policy at any point.

We try to donate as many returned blankets as we can according to our GiveBack program.

Our goal with Hush has always been to help as many people as possible. And even if 1 person may not find it working for them, we believe a Hush can still serve its purpose elsewhere!
