How It Works:


Visit our easy-to-use Returns Portal to start your return or exchange.
Hush will provide a shipping label at no cost to you for the return or exchange.
Important Guidelines:

Once a product is returned under the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, customers are no longer eligible for future trials on the same product. The 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Special Notes:

If the Returns Portal cannot generate a label, Hush will arrange a freight delivery to a donation center when possible. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, please contact our customer service team at hello@hush.ca for assistance.

Products purchased through third-party websites or providers are not eligible for the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee.

The Hush Warranty

All Hush products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty. For 365 days from the date of purchase, we will provide a one-time replacement for any manufacturing defect covered under our warranty. This applies to all components of the original product, including blankets and other Hush items.

Warranty Claims During the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee Period:
If a warranty claim is made during the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, the replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item. Please note that receiving a warranty replacement will conclude your 100-night trial period.


Hush Mattress Warranty

The Hush Mattress is protected by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. This covers structural defects that occur through normal use, including:

  • Springs protruding through the fabric
  • Foam wall separation
  • Other similar manufacturing issues

If a defect arises, we will work with you to arrange a repair or provide a replacement if necessary.

Are You Covered?

The Hush Blanket warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of any Hush Blanket residing in Canada or the United States. This warranty remains valid for as long as the blanket is owned by the original purchaser.

For warranty purposes, the original purchaser is defined as the individual whose information is associated with the e-commerce purchase. A copy of the purchase receipt, sent to the email address on file at the time of purchase, should be retained as proof of purchase.

When submitting a warranty request, photos and the original proof of purchase may be required to verify and evaluate the issue.

Final Sale Items:

The following products are not covered by the warranty and are considered final sale:

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Zipper Damage: Tears or breaks in the zipper caused by normal use.
  • Material Flaws: Physical defects in the blanket that result in splitting or cracking of the material despite proper handling and normal usage.
  • Zipper or Hook Assembly: Defects or flaws in the inner blanket's zipper or hook assembly; Hush may choose to repair or replace the defect.
  • Loose Threads: A significant number of loose threads across the blanket.
  • Bead Leakage: Holes or other defects causing the inner beads to leak from the blanket.


Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Improper Zipper Use: Disconnections between the slide and bottom stop, or damage from aggressive pulling on zipper teeth.
  • Comfort or Size Preference: Dissatisfaction with comfort level or blanket size.
  • User-Induced Damage: Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage caused by the customer or their environment, including pet-related damage.
  • Improper Washing: Damage caused by improper care, such as shrinking from using a dryer or tears resulting from non-delicate washing or drying methods.
  • Non-New Products: Products sold by unauthorized retailers, labeled as "used," or marketed in any condition other than "new."

Warranty claims for products purchased from third-party retailers must be addressed directly with the point of purchase. Hush is not responsible for items bought outside the official Hush E-commerce store.
