How It Works:

Visit our easy-to-use Returns Portal to start your return or exchange.
Hush will provide a shipping label at no cost to you for the return or exchange.
Important Guidelines:

Once a product is returned under the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, customers are no longer eligible for future trials on the same product. The 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Special Notes:

If the Returns Portal cannot generate a label, Hush will arrange a freight delivery to a donation center when possible. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, please contact our customer service team at hello@hush.ca for assistance.

The Hush Warranty

All Hush products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty. For 365 days from the date of purchase, we will provide a one-time replacement for any manufacturing defect covered under our warranty. This applies to all components of the original product, including blankets and other Hush items.

Warranty Claims During the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee Period:
If a warranty claim is made during the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, the replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item. Please note that receiving a warranty replacement will conclude your 100-night trial period.


Hush Mattress Warranty

The Hush Mattress is protected by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. This covers structural defects that occur through normal use, including:

  • Springs protruding through the fabric
  • Foam wall separation
  • Other similar manufacturing issues

If a defect arises, we will work with you to arrange a repair or provide a replacement if necessary.

Are You Covered?

The Hush Blanket warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of any Hush Blanket residing in Canada or the United States. This warranty remains valid for as long as the blanket is owned by the original purchaser.

For warranty purposes, the original purchaser is defined as the individual whose information is associated with the e-commerce purchase. A copy of the purchase receipt, sent to the email address on file at the time of purchase, should be retained as proof of purchase.

When submitting a warranty request, photos and the original proof of purchase may be required to verify and evaluate the issue.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Zipper Damage: Tears or breaks in the zipper caused by normal use.
  • Material Flaws: Physical defects in the blanket that result in splitting or cracking of the material despite proper handling and normal usage.
  • Zipper or Hook Assembly: Defects or flaws in the inner blanket's zipper or hook assembly; Hush may choose to repair or replace the defect.
  • Loose Threads: A significant number of loose threads across the blanket.
  • Bead Leakage: Holes or other defects causing the inner beads to leak from the blanket.


Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Improper Zipper Use: Disconnections between the slide and bottom stop, or damage from aggressive pulling on zipper teeth.
  • Comfort or Size Preference: Dissatisfaction with comfort level or blanket size.
  • User-Induced Damage: Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage caused by the customer or their environment, including pet-related damage.
  • Improper Washing: Damage caused by improper care, such as shrinking from using a dryer or tears resulting from non-delicate washing or drying methods.
  • Non-New Products: Products sold by unauthorized retailers, labeled as "used," or marketed in any condition other than "new."


Important Notes:

Warranty claims for products purchased from third-party retailers must be addressed directly with the point of purchase. Hush is not responsible for items bought outside the official Hush E-commerce store.


Hush Adjustable Bed Base Warranty – Canada

Your new adjustable base is covered by a Twenty-Year Limited Warranty.

Each customer is eligible for a 20-year limited warranty on any adjustable base purchased directly from Hush.ca or from a Hush authorized retail store.

If you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty within the time period specified in the “Coverage” section, we will offer a one-time repair or replacement of the original product in the size purchased. There is no fee or deductible during full coverage years. Hush will repair the adjustable base in the customer’s home if possible. If that is not possible, Hush will arrange collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement at no cost to the customer where indicated under the coverage terms.

If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement product and resumed upon delivery.

Your Responsibility
This warranty covers the original purchaser while located in Canada.
• The “original purchaser” is the first purchaser of the product from Hush.ca or a Hush authorized retailer.
• Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.
• Photos and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request to verify and assess the issue.

Coverage
Years 1–2: Covers defects in workmanship or materials, despite normal usage and proper handling, on all components of the adjustable base including motors, cords, control box, base panels, and remote controller. Parts, labor, and transportation are included at no cost.
Years 3–5: If a defect occurs with respect to an adjustable base part other than the Metal Frame Components (as defined below), including electronic parts (“Non-Metal Frame Parts”), Hush will offer replacement parts for any defective Non-Metal Frame Part.
Years 1–20 (Metal Frame Components): Covers defects in workmanship or materials, despite normal usage and proper handling, on removable metal frame parts including mattress retainer bar, metal legs, metal frame, and hardware.

Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Any damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, physical abuse, or connection to an improper power supply.
• Failure to adhere to the Owner’s Guide provided with the product.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage.
• Cosmetic changes, including slight color changes of the fabric due to exposure to light or normal use.
• Normal wear and tear from cleaning or use.
• Any damage caused if the recommended weight restriction has been exceeded (maximum weight: 750 lbs. including
mattress, bedding, and user(s)).
• Damage incurred during transportation after initial delivery.
• Product sold by unauthorized retailers or sold as “used.”
• Damage from jumping, climbing, or lying directly on the adjustable base without a mattress.
• Use on an inappropriate surface; product must be placed directly on a level floor.
• Mattresses, fabrics, cables, or electrical cords not supplied by Hush.

Replacements
• Replacement parts may be new or reconditioned at Hush’s discretion.
• Replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
• Delivery of replacement products is offered in all Canadian provinces. Delivery to territories is only guaranteed if the initial purchase was shipped there.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some provinces or territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

HUSH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ADJUSTABLE BASE, EVEN IF HUSH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. HUSH’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some provinces or territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
